Introduction
Loretta is a psychological, pixel-style noir game set in America during the 1940s. Players do not take on the role of a detective; rather, they inhabit the identity and mindset of the titular housewife, whose husband’s gambling issues have compelled them to move from New York to a rural farmhouse.Upon discovering that her disloyal partner has taken out a cash-value insurance policy, Loretta views it as a means of escape from her unfulfilling marriage.
